David E. Phalan, age 64, of Glen Carbon, IL, died Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at his residence. He was born June 7, 1953 in Memphis, TN, the son of the late William E. and Hazel (Skelton) Phalan.

Mr. Phalan is survived by a sister, Judy (John) Price of Memphis, TN; two nephews: Adam Price of Oklahoma City, OK and Greg (Hollie) Price of Bartlett, TN; and one great-nephew, Cole Price.

David was a professional engineer with JF Electric for 20 years. He was a former member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Memphis, TN.

A memorial service will be held in Memphis, TN. The date and time of the service are pending.
