Obituary for Matthew S. "Shane" Donahue

Matthew Shane Donahue, age 53, of Belleville, died Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Belleville Memorial Hospital. He was born October 9, 1963 in East St. Louis, IL, the son of Peggy (Poshard) Donahue and the late James Donahue.

Besides his mother, he is survived by two brothers: David (Chale) Donahue and James (Sandy) Donahue, both of Belleville; and his nieces and nephews: Kevin Donahue, Emalie Donahue, Jaromy Birkner, Drake Birkner, Ava Birkner, Jake Donahue, Krissa Womble and Jamie Donahue.

Services will be held at a later date.
