Obituary for Mitchell Lee Barton

Mitchell Lee Barton, age 68, of Annapolis, MO, died Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born November 12, 1947 in Des Arc, MO, the son of the late Buelray "Bud" and Sally (Ruble) Barton.

He is survived by two children: Stephen "Buddy" (Amy) Barton of Mt. Vernon, IL and Sasha Barton of Summersville, SC; and three grandchildren: Avery T. Barton, Josephine J. Barton and Anestazyna Prosper; his siblings: Carrie Mork and husband Ken of Arizona, Millie Gilson and husband Robie of Sonoma, California, Jeffery Barton of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, John Barton of Iuka, IL, Priscilla Finley of Sandoval, IL, and Patty Barton and special friend Arthur Stanford of Iuka, IL; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.

Private services will be held, following his cremation.
