Obituary for John V. Fox
John B. Fox, age 72, of O'Fallon, IL, died at 7:42 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2015 at his residence. He was born April 4, 1943 in East St. Louis, IL, the son of Raymond and Elizabeth (McDonell) Fox. He married Evely Nesbit December 17, 1960. She survives. Also surviving are two sons: John (Debbie) Fox of Oak Ridge, MO and Dan Fox of Fairview Heights, IL; four grandchildren: Alina Seib, Tucker Fox, Grace Fox and Geneva Fox; and one great-grandchild, Ava Seib.
Mr. Fox was a self-employed diesel mechanic, working on trucks and buses.
His remains will be cremated. Interment of his ashes at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Belleville is pending.
