Timothy O. Foor, age 58, of Fairview Heights, Illinois, died at 3:25 a.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville.
He was born August 28, 1959 in Michigan, the son of Orville and Marie Foor. He married Sandra Wecker in 2007. She survives. Also surviving are three children: Jonathan Foor-Kline, Kevin Foor and Stephanie Foor; and six brothers and sisters.
