William Cowgill, age 66, of Fairview Heights, passed away at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Caseyville Nursing and Rehab. He was born November 20, 1950 in East St. Louis, IL, the son of the late Ulys and Evelyn (Bridges) Cowgill. He is survived by his siblings: Joan Schmitt of Fairview Heights, Shirley Marty of Fairview Heights and Donna Bealmear of Terre Haute, IN.
