Meredith A.  Medley
"Our sweet little angel", Meredith Ann Medley, age 39, of Godfrey, formerly of Edwardsville, passed away at 1:03 a.m. Monday, February 20, 2017 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Alton. Meredith was born October 21, 1977 in Maryville, the daughter of Joy (Ricks Mattson) Medley of Danville, CA. and John (Sherry) Medley of Edwardsville. Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters: Lauren Reppert of Red Bud and Dr. Brooke Medley of Laurel, MD; one nephew, Jared Ott; two step-brothers: Joseph Durr of Columbia, SC and Jeremy Durr of Granite City, IL; as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Charlotte Volkman Walz and Carl Volkman; and her paternal grandparents, Jesse Medley and Cecilia Medley.

A memorial mass of resurrection will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Edwardsville, with Rev. Jeffrey Goeckner, VF, officiating. Memorial contributions may be given in Meredith's name to Beverly Farms, 6301 Humbert Road, Godfrey, IL 62035.
