Obituary for Mark T. "Bull" Berry

Mark T. "Bull"  Berry
Mark T. Berry, age 49, of Hillsboro, IL, formerly of Edwardsville, died at 9:31 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Springfield, IL. Mark was born October 8, 1967 in Galesburg, IL, the son of Thomas E. and Paula (Schuhler) Berry, both of whom survive in Edwardsville. Also surviving is his wife, Debra "Debbie" (Hefley) Berry of Hillsboro; two step children: Matthew White of Seattle, WA and Brieanne Reid of Orlando, FL; one brother, Brian (Michelle) Berry of Tinley Park, IL; and a nephew and niece, Daniel and Kaitlyn Berry.
Mark worked for the State of Illinois as a Financial Institutions Examiner (Credit Union Division). He was a graduate of Edwardsville High School and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, and was a 3rd and 4th degree member of the Hillsboro Knights of Columbus.
Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, followed by a Mass of Resurrection at 5 p.m. Following the mass, a luncheon will be served at the Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro. Burial of his cremated remains will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Sublette, IL at 12 noon Friday, January 20, 2017.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or to masses.
