Charles F. "Chuck"  Larsen
Charles F. "Chuck" Larsen, age 87, of O'Fallon, IL, died Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at his current residence, Grand Manor in Swansea. He was born February 10, 1929 in Kansas City, MO, the son of the late AJ and Frances (Dunham) Larsen. He married Rosemary Boucher September 23, 1950 in Chillicothe, MO. She preceded him in death December 17, 2012.
Mr. Larsen is survived by three children: Gail (Tom) Seibolt of Gilbert, AZ, Gregory (Cathey) Larsen of Glen Carbon, IL and Scott (Patty) Larsen of O'Fallon, IL; his grandchildren: Angie Phelps (Jacob) of Tomball, TX, Nicholas (Jennifer) Larsen of St. Louis, MO, Andrea (Andrew) Daniels of Gilbert, AZ, Luke Seibolt of Gilbert, AZ, and Adam (Hailey) Larsen of St Louis, MO, Jacob Larsen of O’Fallon, IL and Daniel Larsen of O'Fallon; five great-grandchildren: Stella Daniels, Clark Daniels, Aurora Daniels, Ellie Phelps and Brecken Phelps; and his step-grandchildren: Kirby Whitworth and Carrigan Whitworth.
Chuck loved his family and enjoyed boating and skiing with his extended family and friends. He was a veteran of the US Air Force during the Korean War. He spent over 20 years selling chemicals, and he owned and operated Dry Cleaning plants as well as owning and operating rental property. Chuck was a member of First Baptist Church in O'Fallon for over 30 years, serving as Deacon and church bus driver.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at First Baptist Church in O'Fallon. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in O'Fallon City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to First Baptist Academy.
