Jessie L. Morris, Sr., age 55, of Belleville, died Thursday, November 10, 2016 at his residence. He was born December 15, 1960 in Collinsville, OK, the son of Jessie L. Morris of Oklahoma and the late JoAnn Stokes. He married Lori Glueck. She survives.
Also surviving are three children: Jason W. Morris of Ohio, Jessie L. "Jake" (Angela) Morris, Jr. of Belleville and Amanda V. Morris of Belleville; one grandchild, Dean Morris; and two sisters: Diane Larque of Oklahoma and Marie Saxon of Nevada.
Mr. Morris was an electrical engineer. He was a member of the Society of Creative Anachronism.
His remains will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
