Obituary for Jerry A. McCormick
(SMSGT, Ret.) Jerry A. McCormick, age 78, of Fairview Heights, IL, died at 9:10 a.m. Monday, October 10, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 31, 1938 in Sikeston, MO, the son of the late Beatrice Allen. He married Shirley Menees. She survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Adonia McCormick of Lakeville, MN; two step-daughters: Tammy Ford of Millstadt and Tiffany (Joshua) Ison of Collinsville; one grandchild, A.J. Fink; and two step-grandchildren: Lance A. Ford and Madison K. Ison. Jerry was preceded in death by two siblings: Hazel McCormick Werneck and Gene McCormick.
According to his wishes, his remains will be cremated and his ashes buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. The date and time are pending.
