Toni Harbison, age 64, of Swansea, died at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, September 18, 2016 at her residence. She was born July 4, 1952 in Memphis, TN, the daughter of the late I.G. and Margie (Norris) Willis. She married John Harbison. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are four children: Tammy Johnson of Longview, TX, Tina Miller of Longview, TX, John Bruce Harbison of Mississippi and Donnie (Jennifer) Harbison of Belleville; four grandchildren; and one brother, John.
Mrs. Harbison worked as a cashier at Scott Air Force Base.
No local services will be held. According to her wishes, her remains will be cremated and interred in Texas at a later date.
