Obituary for Bernette A. Norrenberns

Bernette A.  Norrenberns
Bernette A. Norrenberns, age 80, of Albers, died Saturday, February 20, 2016 at SSM St. Clare Health Center in Fenton, MO. She was born August 4, 1935 in Albers, the daughter of the late Henry and Josephine (Baahlmann) Norrenberns. She is survived by two sisters: Eileen Rensing of New Baden and Mary E. (Joseph) Eberle, also of New Baden; sister-in-law, Shirley Norrenberns of Carlyle; her nieces and nephews: Wanda (Kent) Breuer, Geralyn (Robert) Voellinger, Mary Lynn (Todd) Volkmar, Tom Rensing, Lisa (Brian) Dumstorff, Kellie Dowd-Serrano, Mike Dowd, Dan (Laura) Dowd, Ryan (Ellen) Norrenberns and Rachel Norrenberns; and many great-nieces and nephews and great great-nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Norrenberns; and a brother-in-law, Jerome Rensing.
Ms. Norrenberns worked in Civil Service at Scott Air Force Base. She was a member of St. George Catholic Church in New Baden, was an avid bingo player, and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation will be from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2016 at St. George Catholic Church in New Baden. A memorial mass will immediately follow.
