James F. Wolfe, age 54, of New Baden, died Thursday, October 1, 2015 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Belleville. He was born October 2, 1960 in California, the son of Barbara (Sutter) of Fayetville, IL and the late Fred M. Wolfe. He married Bridget Jennings in 1985. She survives.
Also surviving are six children: Cersaundra (Peter) Sleep of Corona, CA, Jamie (Justin) Clevenger of Irvine, CA, Brandie Wolfe of New Baden, Amber WOlfe of New Baden, James F. Wolfe, Jr. of Carbondale and Patrick Wolfe of Yuma, AZ; 14 grandchildren; and three siblings: Kathy (Gary) Parker of Lenzberg, Scott (Marcella) Wolfe of Fayetville and Pam Araque of Mascoutah. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Candace Moore.
Mr. Wolfe worked for Graybar Electric in St. Louis. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his grandchildren.
According to his wishes, his remains will be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
