Mary Kasmi, age 56, passed away on July 20th, 2015, at Memorial Hospital, in Belleville Illinois. Mary was born in Chicago Illinois, to John Polachek and Sarah Polachek (Nee Bates).
Mary Kasmi is survived by her son, David Lammert of Fairview Heights, Illinois; granddaughter, Emilia Mary Lammert of Fairview Heights, Illinois; brothers and Sisters, Charles Polachek, John Polachek, Grace Itter, and George Polachek, of Chicago Illinois.
She is proceeded in death by her parents and brother, Paul Polachek.
Arrangements are pending at this time.
