Obituary for Terri L. Serwacki

Terri L. Serwacki, age 55, of Belleville, died at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at her residence,. She was born October 13, 1959 in Taylorville, IL, teh daughter of Paul and Joyce (Harris) Serwacki. She is survived by her Life Partner, Janice Flandreau of Belleville; two children: Sara (Ray) McCord of Belleville and Michael McCord, II of Belleville; four grandchildren: Alexander, Xavier, Darby and Tobia; one sister, Elizabeth Allen of Springfield, IL; and her close friends, Michele Garner of Belleville and Gloria Thompson of Richwoods, MO.
Terri was the owner of Genesis Emergency Medicine Services.
According to her wishes, her remains will be cremated and no services will be held.
