Obituary for Nancy B. Roberts (Morrison)

After over 80 years of life, Nancy Roberts (Morrison), has passed on July 11, 2014.
Nancy is the widow of Lester Roberts. She is survived by 3 sons and 1 daughter: Mark Roberts, Jeff (Jo Ann) Roberts, Terry Roberts, and Lynn (Ron) LaCicero. She has 3 sisters: Mary Jenkins, Martha Morrison, and Susan (Tom) Allen.Nancy is also Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt, and Friend to many.
Nancy spent most of her life as a longtime resident of Ferguson, Missouri. She found joy as a cub-scout and girl-scout leader, artist and sports enthusiast. Prior to retirement, she was an employee of Ferguson City Hall and Police Department. She was most happy sitting on the porch watching birds and wildlife. She had raccoon, opossum, and squirrels released on her "Chigger Hill" property. She loved to teach anyone how to paint. Maybe you have a beautiful piece of art, made especially for you. She earned many medals participating in the Senior Olympics playing sports she had done her whole life...bowling, ping-pong, volleyball. Nancy was a strong-willed, funny and only cursed in a joke. Oh Butts!
Who remembers: 4th of July fireworks, camping, BBQ's, finding a turtle, getting a painting lesson, receiving a crocheted blanket, superheroes int he basement.
