Obituary for Viola Kraus
Viola Kraus, age 86, of Lenzburg, died at 9:43 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Freeburg Care Center in Freeburg. She was born February 12, 1928 in Marissa, IL, the daughter of the late William Henry and Emma Anna Galle. She married Alfred C. Kraus. He preceded her in death January 10, 2004. She is survived by two daughters: Shirley Kraus of Lenzburg, IL and Gloria (Gene) Schifferdecker of Marissa, IL; two grandchildren; many great-grandchilderen; and three brothers: Albert (Caroline) Galle, Martin (Alberta) Galle and William (Bernice) Galle, all of Marissa. S
Viola enjoyed horses and cats, and her dog, Bear.
